During the COVID-19 Pandemic, Nyima led the film programme at Open City to create over 50 short architecture documentaries that would open up London’s architecture to the public (even if from home). 

Working with three filmmakers, Nyima produced, fundraised, and curated the film series to showcase a range of spaces across the city- working to celebrate and foreground architecture and landscapes that have may been overlooked in mainstream architectural media. Learning on the job, Nyima also went on to direct and shoot films, to begin developing her own fillmmaking practice.
